For your protection we have added the cost of vacation rental insurance that will help to protect you from unforeseeable circumstances.  We highly recommend this insurance; however, should you decline this coverage please just deduct it from your payment.

There are many things that we can control but two that we cannot are weather and construction. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption that occurs due to inclement weather. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance (restrictions apply). Because tourism is the largest industry on Sanibel and Captiva Islands, there is often construction going on. Should you find yourself near construction, please exercise patience and understanding. In the event it becomes intolerable, we will do our best to talk to the contractors, however SVP cannot guarantee any refunds or moves.
