Atrium #201 is as big as many houses. There is plenty of room to relax, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. . The condo is as well outfitted as is possible — all the way down to a neat junk drawer in the kitchen with a screwdriver, pliers, some screws, etc. The cookware is nice, though some past renters have ruined some of the instruments by running them in the dishwasher. The kitchen has up-to-date appliances, including a nice stove and oven, French door refrigerator, and dishwasher. Everything you need to set up housekeeping is there.
The furnishings are expensive and not at all beach-like. It was obviously at one time in the late 1980’s through 90’s someone’s finely appointed home. The furniture is comfortable in the living room. The den has a nice couch that folds out into a double bed with a memory foam mattress. Just pay attention to how to open it. There are directions in the book they have provided.
The unit is very clean The bathrooms are up-to-date.
The view is beautiful, though the sunrise is blocked by the building next door, and the sunset is on the other side of the building. It is only a few steps to the beach, however.
The pool is very large and very lightly used. We never had anyone at the pool at the same time we went down there. The beach is very quiet as well.
The elevator is a great advantage, and grocery store type carts are kept under each stairwell in the garage area to haul your things up the condo. The grounds are immaculate. Someone is cleaning about every day. The elevator was wet-mopped every other day. It’s just a classy property.
My sole complaint is the master bedroom bed. It is too soft for me. I did not sleep very well for the entire month because the bed is not supportive. A mattress topper has been added to supposedly make the bed more comfortable, but for me it didn’t work.
Nevertheless, we would choose this condo again if we return to

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. It was very spacious for a family of 6, clean, well stocked, and up to date. The location can't be beat, and it's just steps to the Gulf. This unit was beyond our expectations. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished and the best stocked unit we've ever stayed in over the 20+ years we have been vacationing in Sanibel. Fully updated high quality appliances. Artwork and beach decor was stunning. The lanai is huge, and we loved the location which is adjacent to bike trail, and close to Bailey's and CVS. Great swimming pool. Beach was huge and the sunsets were some of the best we've seen. Under cover parking garage was a plus.
