"We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this beautiful condo! Everything was perfect ...clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and in a fantastic location...what more could you ask for? Breakfasts on the lanai, daily jogs and bike rides on the trails, super "shelling", and visits to the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge, and Wildlife Drive were just a few of the highlights of our Sanibel experience. We were thrilled to see gators, manatee, and dolphins in the wild! Contact with the rental company and the owner were excellent. We highly recommend C-24 Pointe Santo de Sanibel! We'd love to return!

"The minute we walked into unit C-24, we knew we were going to have a wonderful stay. The newly renovated one bedroom condo was the perfect spot for my husband and I to spend two relaxing weeks. The owners have decorated the unit tastefully and have supplied everything a guest would want to make their stay enjoyable. We loved the unit so much that we reserved the same two weeks for season 2016. Can hardly wait to return!

A Beautiful Condo!

"From our first impression when we walked in until the day we left, this is truly a beautifully decorated and equipped condo. Everything is first class --- from the granite counter top, the walk-in shower, the comfortable bed, the All-Clad kitchenware, the beautiful view of the lagoon and Gulf, to the Samsung Smart TV. Clearly the owners have invested a lot to ensure the comfort, pleasure and complete satisfaction of their guests (with many unexpected niceties). We've been to Sanibel about 20 times over the past 30 years and have stayed in a number of condos; this unit is the best and we have already reserved the unit for our 21st stay in 2015.

"What can I say... this vacation was one to remember. Sanibel Island is a beautiful location for a vacation but having accommodations like we had at Pointe Santo de Sanibel was over the top. The condo was in excellent condition and the girls at Select Vacation Properties made sure we were in our condo as soon as possible. The rental was as described and so much more. I would choose Select Vacation Properties again!!!

"My new husband and I absolutely loved this condo. We couldn't of asked for a more perfect honeymoon. The view of the lagoon and beach was amazing. The condo felt like home away from home. "This condo is exactly as it appears, welcoming and relaxing. My friends and I really enjoyed watching the ibis and condors that hung around the lagoon. The beach was awesome for shelling and calm for swimming. We were lucky to have a close manatee encounter while in the water one morning!! Rented bikes at Finnemores for a day and rode the short loop of Ding Darling preserve - awesome! Tarpon bay sunset cruise, breakfast at Over Easy Cafe must do's. Thanks Karen for the condo was a great girlfiend getaway week. Wish I was there right now.

"The condo at Pointe Santo was very well maintained and decorated just as the pictures portrayed. It had all the amenities that were mentioned and was very clean. The owner was fantastic in providing good customer service. Would recommend this condo to friends and relatives. We enjoyed biking, a shelling cruise, and a nature cruise in Tarpon Bay. We enjoyed eating at Doc Ford's, The Mucky Duck, and the Green Flash.

"Was a wonderful condo, furnished beautifully, just as the pictures show. Was clean and everything there that you would need. The owner was very helpful. And the location of the condo complex was perfect for shopping and dining. Would definetly stay there again if we return to Sanibel.

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the condo. It was out first time in Sanibel Island and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo looked exactly like it did online, was very clean, and had everything you needed for your stay. The entire process was very organized and clearly communicated to us from our arrival to departure. The owners and rental property were both very helpful and there immediately if you needed anything. We definitely recommend staying here.

If we had to make a recommendation, it would be the struggle to carry all our beach items to the beach each day (I know things could be worse!). We saw others had small carts specific for beach items that they could roll down to the beach. Having that available for guests would be a great addition.

We are so happy we chose this condo for our first time in Sanibel. We will be coming back again and telling all our friends!

"We celebrated Our Honeymoon there , it was so nice there and EVERYONE was so nice and helpful .... and the condo was very nice . The wifi was a problem got kicked off alot and took forever to download things ... But will be back forsure ..already looking for next year ohhhh also walked into condo to a wonderful gift left for us which we figured was for our honeymoon !!

"Everything was perfect in this gorgeous unit. High-end furniture, linens, kitchen, etc. Owner even provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, the works. Ideal location on the island - close to everything, but also very quiet and private. Loved the grounds, lovely plantings, our own lagoon/lake, grills, tiki tables, clubhouse with pool and hot tub. We doubled our length of stay for next year!

"We were looking for a relaxing place in paradise for a much needed vacation - and we found it!

Pointe Santo is a beautiful property and unit C24 has a center view, overlooking the beautiful lagoon and a veiw that extends on out to the beach.

the condo has recently been remodeled with a lovely bathroom and kitchen update. All new appliances, comfortable furniture and all the pots and pans and utensils you could ask for.

Not only was the resort property lovely, but we were only a few short blocks from stores, shopping, the movies - all very convenient.

We found relaxation and felt right at home. A winning combination. We can't wait to return.

"I love Sanibel! This time was just as special. The location of Pointe Santo is prime. The shelling is very good and the drive to our favorite restaurants and shops is a breeze. We actually had car trouble during our stay and it was a relief to be able to bike to anything we needed.
This unit C24 was just remodeled and it was beautifully done. It was the perfect size and set up for a vacation condo. The kitchen is bright and open with lots of counter space, the dining area and living room is just the right space and opens to the screen porch. The bedroom offers a nice view of the beach and has washer/dryer in the closet which is brilliant! Very nice bath with fresh linens and beach towels. I would definitely stay here again.
Our weather was amazing for December and was especially nice since we had a cold and snowy week back home.
