Sand Castle Home located in the Dunes offers 3 bedrooms, plus loft, 2 bathrooms and exterior lift. Guest do have access to purchase a onetime 30 day pass to access the community pool and tennis. The fee for this is $550.00. For guest whom are renting multiple months you do have the option to purchase an annual pass. The annual pass includes beach parking next to Loggerhead Cay. The parking space is limited. The annual pass fee is $3,100.00. Property must rent month to month. Mid-month to mid-month is not allowed without prior authorization from a Select Vacation Properties representative. 28 night minimum stay required.
