Island Beach Club 320C is a vacation rental condo on Sanibel Island. This property is managed by Select Vacation Properties~ A wall of windows and wrap-around lanai gives you a very nice view of the Gulf of Mexico. You will be only 200 ft. from the front door to the beach! This 3rd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath spacious 1300 sq ft. beautifully furnished condo (sleeps 4). It features a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room and TV's. In addition, this condo also offers its own personal wi-fi to help maximize your speed and availability. Relax on the spacious lanai or enjoy the large, heated pool. This quiet complex on West Gulf Drive has large grass areas with many palm trees, covered parking, a secure storage area and more.

This inviting condo is also pet friendly, so If you would like to bring your furry family member, we are glad to accommodate you! Please be aware that there is an additional $250 occupancy fee for pet stays. This is a convenience fee and does not cover cleaning, maintenance, damage, or other expenses incurred, required, or associated with hosting a pet. If you have additional questions regarding damage or cleaning costs, please refer to our terms & conditions, or ask one of our friendly associates. A perfect Sanibel vacation awaits you!

"The unit and condo complex are very clean. 2 of 4 elevators were not working. My husband is handicapped so it made for a more challenging trip than planned. The rental folks should've let us know upfront I was bombarded with emails, so it would've been easy to include. The view was great, even saw dolphins playing one evening.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the elevator outage, especially given your husband’s needs. We completely understand how that could impact your stay. While two of the four elevators were temporarily out of service, others remained operational during that time. We always strive to communicate any known issues with our guests prior to arrival so they can plan accordingly. In this case, we shared the information as soon as we were made aware, but unfortunately, this was not something we had advance notice of. As is often the case with mechanical systems, everything works, until it doesn’t. We truly apologize for the disruption and appreciate your understanding. "The unit is nice. It's clean, and well appointed. The management company could have provided a bit more toilet paper and soap.
Considering the condition of this area of the island last year, I was surprised how beautiful the grounds and pool were. We LOVE this area of the island, and happy to see things are getting back to normal.
