Step into a soothing coastal ambiance with modern furnishings, open-concept living, and thoughtful touches throughout. The living area is ideal for relaxing or entertaining, while the gourmet kitchen features a full stainless steel appliance package with refrigerator/freezer, flat range stove, built-in microwave and dishwasher. Additional features of the kitchen include granite countertops, large sink, coffee maker, hand appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils.

Everything at G102 is designed to accommodate full occupancy with ease!

The master bedroom is a retreat in itself, featuring: Oversized layout with plush king-sized bed,
En-suite bathroom with marble and glass accents and warm natural lighting and serene decor.

The guest bedroom offers: Two cozy full-size beds, an updated guest bathroom with spa-like finishes, ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together!

Outdoor Living & Resort Amenities:
Enjoy your own private patio hideaway, perfect for unwinding in peace. Just outside your door, Blind Pass offers Heated resort-style pool, Tennis and pickleball courts, Lush tropical landscaping and easy access to Bowman's Beach for shelling, swimming, and water sports!
ALL guests are permitted to use the kayaks, canoes and stand-up paddleboards. Simply visit the Clubhouse during business hours, sign up to reserve the equipment, and sign a waiver. (Life vests are provided) They're still trying to capture the 10' alligator living in Clam Bayou so it's a paddle-at-your-own-risk situation!

"We had an amazing stay at Blind Pass G102 with our two kids! The walk to the beach was short, easy, and private, and because it was far enough from the public beach access, it often felt like we had the beach all to ourselves.

The condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was obvious the owners put so much thought and care into every detail. Not only was it spotless—probably the cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed in—but it was also beautifully decorated and incredibly well stocked. Everything was clearly labeled, helpful instructions and troubleshooting tips were provided, and they truly thought of everything to make guests feel at home. From a fully equipped kitchen to beach essentials like towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon, everything we needed was already there.

We have already recommended this condo to several friends and would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, thoughtfully designed and fully stocked place to stay, we can't recommend this condo highly enough!

"We are often asked by guests for recommendations on places to stay, things to do or see on Sanibel Island. I live here, work here, and still take most of my vacations just relaxing on the beaches of Sanibel! And one of my top "Editor's Picks" is Blind Pass G102! We love G-102 because it’s tucked away in the quietest corner of Blind Pass, and yet no other condo at Blind Pass offers a shorter walk to the beach. We also love the abundance and variety of seashells that wash ashore on G102’s quiet stretch of Bowman’s Beach. This completely remodeled luxury condo is nestled on seven lush, tropical acres midway between Sanibel’s center and quaint Captiva, but only minutes by car to superb restaurants, shops, galleries and museums —and yet it is still possible to have a quiet stroll on the beach without seeing another soul! It’s our go-to when we want peace, nature, and a little luxury!
