For added convenience, the unit includes a private ground-floor storage space—perfect for beach gear and more. This condo accommodates up to 4 adults.

The Sayana complex is a boutique Gulf-front property that will feature desirable amenities such as a pool, tennis courts, and elevator access **all three are currently inactive, pending restoration. Expected open date is sometime in 2026** We do recommend the Sanibel Recreation Center located on San Cap Road. Monthly fee for a family is $70. This is a great option that offers pool, workout center and more. Whether you’re searching for a vacation escape, family get-a-way, or quiet destination Sayana 202 represents a unique opportunity to vacation in one of Sanibel’s most coveted beachfront communities.

"First and foremost, the condo was spotless. The online pictures were stunning, but seeing the place in person exceeded all expectations. Every space was clean and inviting, surpassing what was depicted on the website. Although we arrived after the designated 4:00 PM check-in time, the condo was ready and available even before the official check-in hour. Check-in was hassle free with the codes provided.The view of the ocean from the Lanai was fantastic, offering a beautiful outlook despite being somewhat obstructed by the neighboring building. We enjoyed our mornings, sipping coffee, and soaking in the scenery. Being on the 2nd fl presented a minor challenge, as the elevator was not yet operational, making it a bit difficult to carry our luggage-we are in our 70s. The pool was not functional, but this was not an issue since we spent most of our time on the beach, which was conveniently just steps away from the condo. Inside, everything was top-notch. The bed linens, towels, and furniture were all high quality, providing comfort and style. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with every appliance needed, including two different type coffee pots. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, and sifters available in the cabana. A lounge chair for tanning on my stomach and laying flat for my neck would have been nice, but I simply laid a towel in the sand. All in all, we loved this place and would not hesitate to rent it again if we ever return to Sanibel. Liked: cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy, value for money.

Beautiful Inside and Out!

"My friend and I stayed here for a girls’ trip and it ended up being exactly what we needed — peaceful and simple in the best way. The building is small (only 9 units), so it feels private and very quiet. Because of ongoing rebuilding on the island after Hurricane Ian, the pool and tennis court are not currently in service and the elevator has not yet been rebuilt, so you should expect to walk up two flights of stairs. It really wasn’t difficult, even with luggage, and after the first day we barely noticed it. The condo itself is very comfortable and thoughtfully done. The beds were especially comfortable, there are smart TVs in every room, and the décor feels warm and welcoming rather than rental-like. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the living area was cozy for reading or watching a movie in the evening, and the whole space had a peaceful, relaxing feeling. We quickly fell into a slow routine — coffee in the morning, long walks and shelling on the beach, rinse off, make dinner, and head back out for sunset. The location is truly the reason to come. It’s on a very quiet stretch of Sanibel beach that never felt crowded. Many mornings and evenings we felt like we had the shoreline almost to ourselves. The sunsets were beautiful and unhurried, and we spent most of our time outside by the water. If you want a place to decompress, cook, read, and spend your days walking the beach and watching the sun go down, it’s a really special spot.
