"Select Vacation Rentals was extremely accommodating and prompt. The rental was clean, ready early, perfect for a small family. The pool was clean and warm, the ocean just footsteps away. The location was an easy bike ride to grocery store, coffee, playground, rental shop, ice cream, etc.

"Had a fantastic time at this property . But we were on the 3rd level and didn’t discover the elevator until about half way through . lol Property was amazing beautiful. Chris w/ select vacation properties was amazing. Would book again!!!

"We had a great stay in 310A. We are a family of 5 and there was a good amount of space for all of us. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. Condo was clean, close to the pool and just steps to the beach. Super easy check in and out. We will definitely be back!

"Stay was great. Condo was clean and well equipped. There were a couple of minor maintenance items (two light bulbs out and a loose toilet handle in the master). Worked for our family of 5 very well and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Interior

"310A appears to be newly-remodeled. It is beautiful; light, fresh and contemporary, with many whimsical shell-themed highlights. Appliances are quite functional. Internet reasonable, but connections were spotty when we connected through a VPN. The guests above us and their puppy were quite noisy from morning to night, and sounds conducted efficiently. Our stay encompassed Easter weekend, so there were many young children who played at the pool and in the parking lot, adding to the noise. 310A is absolutely beautiful, and if you are not unusually sensitive to neighbors' noise (we live in a rural area) you will absolutely love it.

Great Place to Stay in Sanibel

"Loved the location on the beach at a quiet end of Sanibel. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable. Comfortable king bed. Large terrace with table for eating out. Nice showers in the bathrooms. Kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, and dishes need to be updated. E.g. Definitely needs new toaster. The toaster only toasts half the bread the bread slice; cereal bowls are tiny; kitchen knives are not sharp and don't cut, etc.

Island Beach Club in Paradise SI

"We loved it. Though our actual condo did not have any water views, access to the beach & other amenities were close & easy. The design of the community with 75 units gave us a lot of privacy along with the ability to meet new friends. Having access to the storage closet had plenty of room for our gear, e.g. bikes, beach wheelchair, etc. There were enough beach chairs for us & OUR guests too.

Comfortable, convenient, and relaxing

"The unit we stayed at was clean, comfortable, and suited our family of four. The building pool is very nice with great water temperature. This unit is close to the beach. It is also located a short bike ride (no more than 5 min) from one of the general stores on the island. It is close, but far enough to maintain quiet and away from traffic. Shopping on the west end of the island are all within 10 min of an easy bike ride. This unit does not have any beach chairs to times, we would have liked that convenience. The unit offered basic needs - 2 couple of dishwasher packet, a couple of washer detergent, facial tissues, paper towels, trash bags. All offered for convenience. If you will be cooking a lot in the unit, you will need more dishwasher soap and trash bags, etc. The TV in the master bedroom was missing a HDMI cord and wasn't available for viewing. But it was immediately addressed on Monday when the staff was back at work. All in all, this unit was very nice. We would return.

Our Stay in Sanibel at Unit 310A in Island Beach Club

"This was our third stay in 310A Island Beach Club. We like the unit because it has been remodeled and has all the amenities. Island Beach Club has a nice pool, shuffle board courts, and outdoor gas grills. Island Beach Club is centrally located on Sanibel It is centrlly located on Sanibel Island, which is nice for us since we do enjoy bicycling. Unit 310A does not have a beach view, but the porch is shaded by trees.

"My family stayed here for a week. The condo is nice and well taken care of. Our only issue was that there were no beach chairs, toys, coolers as there have been at other rentals we have been to. It was disappointing.

Review of 310A Island Beach Club

"Island Beach Club has a nice location in the center of Sanibel Island. Unit 310A is a good unit with good appliances, dishes, glassware, etc. This was our second year at 310A and we have signed up for next year, so we obviously find it a great place to vacation.

Couple suggestions include repair of cracked sink in 2nd bath, more explicit directions for TV remotes, and reattaching drapery hooks in master bedroom. Other units at Island Beach Club provide beach chairs and bicycles for guests and would be nice for 310A. On arrival, a shelf in the kitchen was missing and a comforter in master bedroom looked like it was just left and needed cleaning.

Finally, the staff at Select Vacation Properties was very helpful, friendly and professional - example is delivery of a digital clock when I mentioned that the one in the master bedroom did not work (due to being plugged into the wrong outlet). It was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you!!

Overall, we enjoyed our visit very much and look forward to returning in 2016.

Happy week with two young children

"We enjoyed our stay here, the condo was clean and simply furnished with a well equipped kitchen and an excellent washing machine and dryer. The plumbing had several issues while we were there which was a shame. We would have loved a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella to use as it was hard to buy these on the island and coming from the UK we couldn't travel with them.
