Christopher Reublin
Chris has been in the real estate industry in Southwest Florida for more than two decades, and holds the highest designation awarded by the State of Florida for Real Estate Appraisers as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (Cert. Gen RZ3169). Chris is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate (SL3381010) and holds a degree in Commercial Art and Illustration, with a background in marketing and advertising as well as more than a decade of experience in research and analysis of complex real estate assets and markets, including the travel and tourism industry and conservation and natural resource issues. Chris is also proud to have been recently appointed to the Visit Florida Promotions Committee for the 2017-2018 Fiscal Year. Chris joined Select Vacation Properties in 2016 and really enjoys working on the Island and sharing his passion for Sanibel and the beaches with first-time visitors and returning guests alike. Chris is a key contributor to the success of Select Vacation Properties. He is a strong business partner who challenges the industry with his keen ability to stay relevant, implementing key advancements that maximize opportunity and customer experiance. Chris primary responsibilities are growth, operations and the development of marketing strategies, social media, web development and other customer-facing components of the company. Chris has been married for over 20 years to his beautiful wife Carla, and enjoys relaxing with his family at the beach or by the pool.

Patience Jennings
Patience Jennings started out in the vacation rental industry at the age of 19 answering telephones, and through diligence, perseverance and hard work, has worked her way up to becoming the director of owner relations and business partner of Select Vacation Properties. Over the past 24 years, Patience has helped manage, run, build and create vacation rental businesses on Sanibel Island. Patience has been with SVP since the inception, helping to launch the company in 2006, and has the primary responsibility for acquiring and retaining properties. She has been instrumental in adding more than 100 units to the SVP rental program; an impressive accomplishment in such a limited market crowded with aggressive competition. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Patience also has a significant role in marketing, growth and brand development. Patience is the acting Vice President for the Sanibel Captiva Rental Managers Association (SCVRMA), active Sanibel & Captiva Chamber of Commerce Board Member and is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate (SL3395076). Patience is the mother of two beautiful children (ages 13 and 15), and when not over-achieving in the tourism industry or raising her family, she still finds time to develop her skills as a photographer. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, boating and horseback riding.

Lee Ann Payne
With over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, Lee Ann Payne began her career in 1995, quickly establishing herself as a leader in the field. Her deep knowledge of vacation rentals and passion for customer relations led her to the role of Manager of Owner Relations at one of the largest vacation rental companies in the region. During this time, she played a pivotal role in the research, development, and testing of new software solutions that optimized business operations.
As a business partner and CFO of Select Vacation Properties on Sanibel Island, Lee Ann’s expertise has been instrumental in building the company’s financial stability and driving its growth. Her strategic oversight has been instrumental in preserving the company’s strong foundation. Lee Ann’s keen financial knowledge and hands-on approach have helped shape Select Vacation Properties into the successful rental agency it is today. In addition to her business acumen, Lee Ann is also a certified Notary Public in the state of Florida, adding another layer of professionalism and service to her role. Lee Ann loves animals and is the proud mother of two beautiful and successful daughters.

Linda Gray
Linda came to Sanibel from Scranton Pennsylvania in the early 1990’s, where she started her real estate career at the front desk of a time share resort on Sanibel. Over the next several years, her ambitious nature, friendly demeanor and ability to problem solve led to her eventual promotion to assistant resort manager, a position she excelled in for more than 10 years. In 2009, Linda left this position to take on the challenge of handling reservations and customer service for a vacation resort with multiple high-rise towers. She eventually gained the notice of Select Vacation Properties, who recruited her to staff their growing reservation and owner relations departments. Today she wears many hats including reservationist, housekeeping, maintenance and property inspections. She has been a key component to Select Vacation Properties high repeat clientele statistics. In her free time, Linda enjoys fishing, trying new restaurants, and traveling to Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Rhode Island to spend quality time with her family. She is the proud mother of one son, who is a Firefighter in Rhode Island.

Kelly O’ Connell
Kelly joined the Select Vacation Properties team in 2021, and despite her youth, she has an impressive resume and a diverse set of skills. Kelly was born in the area and graduated From FIU with a degree in Software Development. She is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. Kelly began working in the Southwest Florida real estate industry in 2017 as a Guest Services Coordinator for a Florida residential community. Before long, Kelly was offered a position as a reservation specialist in the vacation rental industry on Sanibel, and soon caught the attention of our team at Select Vacation Properties. She is well acquainted with property management and the tourism industry and loves working with people. Her primary responsibilities at Select Vacation Properties are reservations, customer relations, marketing, social media, and all aspects of customer care. In her free-time, Kelly loves to renovate and decorate real estate, with her two dogs, Reece and Molly!

Teddy
Teddy has been working at Select Vacation Properties since 2017. He has a very active social life, so he only has time to work one day a week, which we have dubbed “Teddy Tuesday.” He enjoys riding in the convertible, going to the beach, playing, running, digging holes and napping on my desk. He has a very refined palate, preferring dishes prepared with bacon. Teddy really enjoys meeting new people and loves everything about Sanibel Island. His primary responsibilities at Select Vacation Properties are emotional support for our team, customer relations, and just being cuddly and cute!
