Christopher Reublin
Chris has worked in the Southwest Florida real estate industry for more than two decades and holds the highest designation awarded by the State of Florida for Real Estate Appraisers as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (Cert. Gen RZ3169). He is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate (SL3381010) and holds a degree in Commercial Art and Illustration, giving him a strong foundation in marketing, branding, and visual communication.
With more than ten years of experience in research and analysis of complex real estate assets and market trends—including the travel and tourism sector, environmental conservation, and natural resource issues—Chris has established himself as a respected expert within the industry. He was honored with an appointment to the Visit Florida Promotions Committee for the 2017–2018 Fiscal Year, contributing to statewide tourism initiatives and strategic outreach.
Chris joined Select Vacation Properties in 2016 and has since become a key driver of the company’s growth and innovation. Acting as the managing partner, he brings a unique blend of analytical insight, creative vision, and forward-thinking leadership. His ability to identify emerging trends, implement modern technologies, and streamline guest experiences has positioned SVP as a leader in a highly competitive island market. Chris’s primary responsibilities include business growth, operations, marketing strategy, social media direction, web development, and the oversight of all major customer-facing platforms.
In addition to his role at SVP, Chris serves as the Vice President of the Sanibel Captiva Rental Managers Association (SCVRMA), where he contributes to industry standards, advocacy efforts, and collaborative initiatives that support the health and sustainability of Sanibel and Captiva’s tourism economy.

Patience Jennings
Patience Jennings started out in the vacation rental industry at the age of 19. For more than 25 years, Patience has helped manage, run, build and create vacation rental businesses on Sanibel Island. As part of the founding members at SVP in 2006, she played a key role in launching the company and continues to lead its property acquisition and retention efforts. Her work has been instrumental in adding more than 100 units to the SVP program—an extraordinary achievement in a highly competitive and uniquely limited market with aggressive competition. Beyond her core responsibilities as director of owner relations and business partner, Patience is deeply involved in SVP’s marketing, strategic growth initiatives, and brand development.
Patience’s dedication extends far beyond business. She serves as a Board Member of the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce, where she is actively involved in community resilience, responsible tourism, public engagement, and long-term economic vitality. In addition to this role, she is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate (SL3395076) and a strong advocate for environmental stewardship. Patience was part of the Preserving Paradise 2025 program.
A devoted mother of two teenagers, Patience balances her leadership roles with raising her children and nurturing her creative passions. She enjoys photography, traveling, boating, horseback riding, and making memories with her children.

Lee Ann Payne
With more than 20 years of experience in the travel and vacation rental industry, Lee Ann Payne began her career in 1995 and quickly distinguished herself as a leader in the field. Her extensive knowledge of vacation rental operations led her into management early on—ultimately becoming the Manager of Owner Relations for one of the largest rental agencies in the region. During this period, she played a pivotal role in the research, development, and testing of innovative software solutions that streamlined operations and elevated the client experience.
As one of the founding members and business partners of Select Vacation Properties, Lee Ann has been integral to the company’s success since its inception in 2006. As Chief Financial Officer, her strategic oversight, disciplined financial management, and forward-thinking approach have safeguarded the company through industry shifts, competitive markets, and the profound challenges following natural disasters.
Lee Ann’s keen financial insight and rigorous attention to detail, have helped shape SVP into one of Sanibel Island’s most respected and resilient rental agencies. Her commitment to accuracy, transparency, and sustainable growth continues to be a cornerstone of the company’s reputation.
In addition to her business responsibilities, Lee Ann is a Florida Notary Public, further enhancing the professional services she provides to owners and guests. Outside of work, she is an animal lover and the proud mother of two accomplished daughters.

Linda Gray
Linda relocated to Sanibel from Scranton, Pennsylvania in the early 1990s, where she began her real estate career at the front desk of a timeshare resort. Her ambitious nature, exceptional customer service skills, and strong problem-solving abilities quickly set her apart, earning her a promotion to Assistant Resort Manager—a role in which she excelled for more than a decade.
In 2009, Linda embraced a new challenge, taking on reservations and guest services for a large vacation resort featuring multiple high-rise towers. Her professionalism, reliability, and deep understanding of guest needs soon drew the attention of Select Vacation Properties, who recruited her to support their expanding reservations and owner relations departments.
Today, Linda is an essential member of the SVP team, known for her versatility and commitment to excellence. She seamlessly manages responsibilities across reservations, housekeeping coordination, maintenance communication, and property inspections. Her dedication and consistency have been key contributors to SVP’s exceptionally high repeat-guest clientele.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys fishing, discovering new restaurants, and traveling to Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Rhode Island to spend quality time with her family. She is the proud mother of one son, a firefighter in Rhode Island.

Kelly O’ Connell
Kelly joined the Select Vacation Properties team in 2021 and brings an impressive blend of technical expertise, real estate knowledge, and customer-focused experience. Born and raised in Southwest Florida, Kelly graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Software Development, giving her a unique analytical edge and a strong foundation in systems, technology, and modern business tools.
Kelly began her career in the Southwest Florida real estate industry in 2017 as a Guest Services Coordinator for a residential community. Her professionalism, strong communication skills, and natural aptitude for service quickly led to an opportunity as a reservation specialist in Sanibel’s vacation rental market. It wasn’t long before her talent caught the attention of Select Vacation Properties.
Today, Kelly plays an integral role at SVP, contributing across multiple departments with agility and enthusiasm. Her primary responsibilities include reservations, customer relations, marketing support, social media management, and all aspects of guest care. Her technical background makes her a valuable asset to both the operational and customer-facing sides of the business.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys renovating and decorating real estate and spending time with her two dogs, Reece and Molly.

Teddy
Teddy has been working at Select Vacation Properties since 2017. He has a very active social life, so he only has time to work one day a week, which we have dubbed “Teddy Tuesday.” He enjoys riding in the convertible, going to the beach, playing, running, digging holes and napping on my desk. He has a very refined palate, preferring dishes prepared with bacon. Teddy really enjoys meeting new people and loves everything about Sanibel Island. His primary responsibilities at Select Vacation Properties are emotional support for our team, customer relations, and just being cuddly and cute!
