This condo is located on the top floor, (with access to elevators), washer and dryer in the condo, 3 TVs, 3 DVD players, 3 CD players, radios, books, games, toys, and WIFI. You'll find yourself coming back year after year! Sundial is centrally located on Sanibel Island making it convenient to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Amenities:: Beach, Community pool by your building, BBQ Grills, Tennis and Pickleball available a la carte including court time, lessons, round robins and clinics, Free parking, WIFI in your rental property, Resort restaurants, Turtle’s Pool & Beach Bar, and Kay Casperson Lifestyle Spa and Boutique on the 2nd floor of the main lobby and

"The unit was great. Note that this is in Sundial East and is apparently not part of Sundial Resort and Spa. The (3) Sundial East pools are not operating and if you want to use the main resort pool it costs an additional $25 per person, per day. That was the only disappointment.

"The rental agency was very easy to work with. The unit itself was a bit outdated and had a worn appearance. We likewise rented P301 as our entire family was here and there was a vast difference between the two units. 301 was lovely and made 401 seem drab. Some updating replacements would be recommended.

"It was great. The condo is beautiful, the pool,beach and the grounds. The restaurants and bar were very nice. We enjoyed ourselves. One thing I would suggest to owners to improve on the bedding. New sheets and pillows would be awesome. Otherwise everything was great.

"Did not feel "like home" from our previous stays but the unit was nice. Beautifully decorated. Did not cook in the unit but I think housekeeping could do a much better job cleaning the stainless. Only issue I saw was that one of the owners door closet was damaged and one of your folks were there to deliver a toaster so we both have pictures of the damage upon our arrival. We brought our own beach gear so did not access their closet. The red tide was awful but you have no control of that.

"The unit was well maintained with more details than expected. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nicely designed. Washer and dryer in the unit was a nice feature! The storage room was a nice bonus to keep our beach chairs and toys without lugging them upstairs. It was well stocked with ample chairs, floats, toys, umbrellas. Overall, this unit was awesome and helped us relax while on vacation!

"Perfect vacation from start to finish! Chris at select vacations helped us choose this condo for our family vacation and it was perfect. The condo was beautifully appointed and it had a wonderful view of the ocean. It was just a short walk to the beach past the pond and pool, and the storage unit was well equipped with everything we needed for the beach from chairs to umbrellas and sand toys. The condo was furnished with beautiful and comfortable furniture and the kitchen was well stocked.We will definitely be back!

"The most beautiful view of the beach is right here! We rented two condos at Sundial and P401 is where our huge family gathered around the living room every night eating dinner and playing game after game. "We loved our stay at this condo. Felt at home as soon as we walked in. Beautiful view, furnishings and decor perfect, fully equipped kitchen and a screened in balcony with plenty of room for dining, relaxing and our morning coffee spot. Master bed/bath and large 2 bed room with hallway bath were clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. Beach chairs, towels etc. also provided. We would definitely choose this condo for our next Sanibel vacation and already recommended to some friends.

"Such a Delightful and totally relaxing week at the Sundial Resort on Sanibel!
Our condo selection was perfect in every way! Cleanliness and decor was superb. Location was perfect on 4th level facing the ocean with car park next to elevator. The pool and surrounding landscaping were beautiful! Coming in late April/early May while still cold and rainy up North was a choice time, beach and pool as well as resort were quiet with minimal crowds! Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and Gene’s Bookstore some of our favorite visits and of course the sunsets on Captiva��

"All was great except the master bedroom bed was probably the worst bed I have ever slept in. It is way over due for a new mattress. For this reason I would not recommend this property or return. Vacations should be relaxing and enjoyable, not a dread to have to go to bed. All other furnishings were nice and location was wonderful.

"The condo had a beautiful view and beautiful surroundings. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels, chairs, floats, boogie boards, and even flashlights for night time shelling! The only con was that the air conditioner had to be set at 74 and you could not put it lower. Although there were fans throughout to cool everything down, it was difficult to sleep each evening. Everything else was perfect. Check in was easy and they accommodated our early arrival.

This is a beautiful condo with owners who genuinely care about their guests experience. We do want to clarify that there are no restrictions regarding the AC. Guest may set the temperature to any temperature they would like. We do recommend that tempters are not set below 74 during the summer time when temperatures are at its peak, as a precaution to not freeze up the system causing it to shut down. "This is a lovely well thought out condo. We were happy with everything in the condo. Our only aside would be don't choose this condo if you don't like sleeping on memory foam. Beds were very soft and king, also with memory foam, needed to be replaced.

"We had an excellent time at Sundial P 401! The property is well maintained and easily accommodated six people. We enjoyed having coffee on the screened porch every morning as we watched the sun rise. The property managers were awesome. They were friendly and full of relevant information. Sundial P401 - Beautiful Unit

"Tasteful beach decor, well-equipped, updated, spacious, and lanai affords center view of Gulf with palms swaying in the breeze! Designated parking.
We enjoyed every minute in the unit.

The exterior of the building is dimly lighted. We have both owned and rented on Sanibel and experienced well-lit areas in the evening throughout the complexes at which we've stayed -- with sensitivity to the turtles, as well. The lighting should be evaluated by either the building association or Sundial -- which ever is appropriate -- for safety purposes. Ratings reflect the unit itself, not the exterior.

"This 2BR unit is very comfortable for 6 people because the den with sofa bed can be closed off for privacy. The beds are comfy, the laundry appliances and dishwasher work well. The apartment is nicely equipped. Sundial is in a terrific location on the island and the beach is lovely. Only complaint is that there’s low flow volume in the showers. Master shower flow is very poor.

Amazing Vacation

"Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay in this vacation rental. The view from the condo was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations. The unit was nicely furnished and felt like home for a week. There was plenty of room and extras like movies, games, and books for rainy days. We appreciated access to the storage closet that contained beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas. The linen closet was stocked with ample beach towels for our family to use. The covered parking spot had great access to the elevator and was adjacent to the storage closet. We look forward to our next beach vacation here.

"This has to be the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The rental unit looked just like it did in the photo and how it was described. Extremely clean and well equipped. From the kitchen to the beautiful beach towels to the storage full of beach chairs and toys. The pool was not crowded and clean, as well as, the entire complex. Easy access to trash unit and elevator. Just a short walk across the clean walkway to the beautiful beach. As always, a gorgeous view from living area/balcony and master bedroom. "This place was fantastic all the way around. Check in was easy. The condo itself was perfect. It was clean, well taken care of, and updated. The resort had everything you could need. We didn’t have any issues where we need to contact anyone. View was awesome. My only critique was that the master bedroom bed was very soft and it’s just my personal preference of a formed bed. My fiancé loved it so to each their own! Would for sure stay here again.

"From the moment we pulled into our private covered parking spot, noticed the storage closet for all of our beach goodies, and the easy accessibility to the elevator, we were pleased. Then we opened the doors and we noticed that everything was super clean and inviting. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was above and beyond of our expectations! "The condo was very nice and in a great location. We were lucky our elevator was working as we were on the 4th floor. Another elevator was out. We weren't told about storage locker but figured out later. We had no pool/beach towels.Our patio door was broken and the shower curtain had fallen and was on the floor when we got there.

"Our rental at Sundial P401 was perfect. The condo is furnished so beautifully. All of the furniture looks new and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was furnished so completely, there was nothing we could want for. All of the dishes, pots and pans and silverware were new and sparkly clean. The location was perfcet. The whole unit was quiet and we only heard other guests during the day. We used the grill which was always clean. The beach chairs and other beach items were all in good shape.

"This property was exactly as it was described!
