Loggerhead Cay 114 is a fourth floor Sanibel Island beachfront vacation rental condominium located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This newly renovated (2023), direct beachfront condominium is a dream for anyone who wants to really put the “beach” in their beach vacation! Loggerhead Cay 114 is just a shells-throw from the water, and features a large, screened lanai overlooking the beach, as well as a second “bonus” balcony! This Juliet balcony gives you more ways to enjoy the spectacular views of Sanibel’s world-class shoreline and is the perfect place to wake up to the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee!

The corner floor plan of this beachfront vacation rental has 1,235 square feet of total living area with views of the water from nearly everywhere inside, as well as both the screened lanai and the bonus Juliet balcony for outdoor living. Imagine relaxation accompanied by warm Gulf breezes and views of the sea & sky, all the while being serenaded by sounds of the surf and shorebirds just outside. The sliding doors from the main lanai open onto the living room as well as the primary bedroom, so you are never far from the beach whether watching tv, playing games with the family, or just reading in bed. Loggerhead Cay 114 is the ideal Sanibel Island vacation rental for anyone who simply can’t get enough of the beach and the Island charm!

Loggerhead Cay 114 has an open floor plan with plenty of room for families, and the well-equipped kitchen has a full stainless steel appliance package including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat range stove, built in microwave, large sink, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops, coffee maker, hand appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware designed to accommodate nearly every need, even at maximum occupancy.

The Loggerhead Cay grounds are conveniently nestled on the beaches of Sanibel, near the historic and picturesque east end. This area is home to the Sanibel Lighthouse and Park as well as some of the best sunrises, sunsets, shelling, wading or swimming on the West Coast of Florida. The heart of the Island is only minutes away by car or bike, where guests can stroll and enjoy the myriad of Island shopping and dining experiences. Loggerhead Cay has one of the largest heated pools and central courtyards on the island, as well as barbecue grills, tennis and more!

Loggerhead Cay 114 features a master suite with a king bed and plenty of closet space and storage. The master suite has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with access to the lanai, so you can see the water right from the bedroom! The master bedroom also has an en-suite private bathroom. The master bathroom has a large shower and tub, double vanity and is well lighted and bright.

The guest bedroom has two full-sized beds, lots of shelving and a bright, beachy, décor, perfect for guests or a larger family. The guest bath has a large walk-in shower and ceramic tile throughout.

"We had a great stay at Loggerhead Cay 114. The condo was very clean, comfortable, quiet, modern, and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The location in the complex is perfect being gulf front, on the corner, on the top floor. We loved the views! Definitely would stay here again!

Loggerhead Cay 114

"We enjoyed our stay in LC 114! Beautiful view. We had a few minor issues that would have made it better. We reserved for 5 people. The condo was equipped with 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths. Select Vacation Properties did send us more. 2 rolls of toilet paper in condo not enough! I understand it is not a hotel but for the money, there should be at minimum one roll per person for a week. Air conditioning is finicky. As well as an electrical problem with the dryer. Breaker flips off during the night when dryer not in use. But again-SVP sent someone to look at it. Not fixed. But they sent someone. The appliance itself worked brilliantly which is great as we had to wash towels a lot.

"Had a wonderful time in the beautiful apartment at THE prime location of Sanibel- overlooking the beach and as close to the causeway (traffic to and from the island can be a pain in the neck, the farther from the causeway the worse). The apartment is beautifully appointed, with lots of taste.

"View was spectacular in this bright, airy condo! Immaculate. The king bed was very comfortable and we had extra blankets for our cooler nights with the lanai doors open to hear the waves crashing!

"First time with Select Vacations, Linda was courteous and easy to work with. Loggerhead Cay 114 was a great condo with plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen, and great ocean views. Wonderful place to stay

"Tropical Storm Debby gave us quite a welcome but Unit 114 at Loggerhead Cay provided a safe harbor where we had a beach front view of her. The unit is beautifully done in soothing neutral colors and the Juliette Balcony and the lanai are great for watching the Gulf and just enjoying the scenery. I enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the evening and listening to the waves before I went to bed in our lovely primary bedroom which has a very nice en-suite. The second bedroom was not used but we did use the walk-in shower in the guest bath. It, too, was very well done. Kelly and Linda with Select Vacation Properties were very easy to work with. Linda called on Monday after Debby passed through on Sunday and quickly had the problems we encountered addressed. I would highly recommend Loggerhead Cay and Unit 114.

"This condo has the best view in all of Sanibel! We fell in love when we opened the door to our unit. Everything looked and smelled brand new. The unit was immaculate. The furniture was comfortable as well as the beds. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked. There were beach towels and chairs and an umbrella as well. Everything we needed was included. Loggerhead Cay was beautiful and well kept, and the close access to the beach was amazing. Don’t be spooked by lack of reviews and book this unit. You will not regret it
