Sundial S404 is a vacation rental condo on Sanibel Island. A spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath top floor corner unit is sure to please the entire family. Beautiful panoramic direct gulf view of the beach and Gulf can be enjoyed from the extra wide lanai. The condo includes 4 TV's, wireless internet, washer and dryer are in unit as well. The pool is beach front, Beach ,Community pool by your building, BBQ Grills, Tennis and Pickleball available a la carte including court time, lessons, round robins and clinics, Free parking, WIFI in your rental property, Resort restaurants including: Sea Breeze Cafe, Turtle’s Pool & Beach Bar, and Kay Casperson Lifestyle Spa and Boutique on the 2nd floor of the main lobby and a Marketplace. "Amazing Views, Amazing Location, Amazing Stay!! Beach chairs, beach towels, and covered parking spot were all very appreciated!! Beds were comfortable and the screened in deck area was so nice to sit and have coffee in the morning and wine at night and take in the beautiful views and sunset. We will definitely be back <3!

"Our family had a delightful stay. A great location, very close the beach! It was clean and in good shape. Convenient parking provided. Close to grill area. The staff was helpful and when we requested soap, it was delivered to our door. Really enjoyed the lanai (back patio area) and thankful that the beach towels, shelling tool, beach chairs and boogie board were provided. Thank you for a great experience!

"The condo was in a great location, beautiful view of the ocean, walk right on to the beach! The resort had many amenities, pool, little market, tennis courts, restaurants. It was centrally located for restaurants and grocery stores. The only complaint for the unit we rented is it needs some updating, the elements on the stove you could only cook on high, and the water heater was good for about 2 showers & then you needed to wait at least a half hour in between. We rented unit S404, but overall amazing stay!

"We had a phenomenal time in Sanibel. The beacher's were pristine white sand with blue and greenish Waters. Our condominium but beautiful what's alumni looking out over the Gulf. We had the most fantastic host in Tom Hoge. He was very gracious and showed us around the many beautiful places of Sanibel and Captiva. We would definitely consider coming back again! "This was our first visit to Sanibel Island and experience with Select Vacation Properties. We could not have asked for a better vacation and vacation "home away from home". The Sundial S404 was a wonderful condo with an absolutely perfect beach view. We were there for 3 weeks and wishing we could have been there longer. Thank you for a wonderful memorable Sanibel vacation.
When a minor maintenance issue happened SVP was quick to resolve. There were a few minor property repairs that should be resolved, but overall it was a beautiful condo that we would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful Location!

"This property is in a great location for the beach and to get around the island. We had a minor maintenance issue while there and the property manager fixed it immediately. The property was pretty much as described in the advertisements and everything worked. Overall we were happy with the location and would stay again. Some items do need to be addressed: the pots and pans were old and did not have lids (property manager said they were going to check on this), when we first showed up our master bed sheets had not been cleaned/changed (yeah,don’t ask how we knew!), washing machine is very small and fitting just one sheet in it from the master bed (king) was a challenge, property amenities such as bike rental and tennis courts access are not available to renters of condos that don’t go through Sundial (like with this unit). Even though this all sounds a bit negative we had a great time and this was by far the best place we have stayed at on Sanibel in the last 5years. We are planning on coming back next year albeit to a different unit since this one was not available when we wanted it.

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was very relaxing and is close to anything you could want to do or need. We were worried about the Red tide but it really did not affect us. Sanibel had beach crews that were out many times during the day to clean up any fish and there was not an odor on the beach We didn't see any of the green algae that we heard was an issue on other beaches I would recommend this condo for your next relaxing beach stay!!

"We stayed for a week in April and have nothing but good things to say about the condo and location. Sanibel is one of the most family friendly places I've ever visited. Beautiful beaches, great shells, and amazing scenery. The condo is clean and comfortable. They have beach towels, chairs, toys, pool noodles, a small cooler, pool floats. The only item that I thought needed replacement was the beach umbrella. But I was using it on a very windy day so it may have just been user error. Everything you need is near the condo. Lots of restaurants, supermarket, little shops, ice cream. There's really no need to venture off the island. The only time we did was to take a boat ride to go fishing and a sea life excursion. Can't wait to go back!

"We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and nice but needs to be updated. The washer and dryer were the old stackable ones where we could only put 3 towels at a time in washer. There were 6 adults staying here. So all we did was wash towels all week. The patio furniture is very dated. The twin beds in one BR was awful. Very uncomfortable and made a noise every time you moved. The other two beds in other BRs were fine. The pool was nice but pool chairs need updated. The beach was nice. But there was seaweed and the beach was never cleaned off. Very disappointing. We love Sanibel but we will find a more updated resort to stay at next time.

Relaxing week in sunny Sanibel

"We enjoyed our vacation in Sanibel just relaxing on the beach and by the pool. The pool area was pretty noisy due to construction, but we understood that work needs to be done during the down season, so it was okay. The weather was wonderful all week and the ocean and pool temperatures were excellent. The condo was very nice and mostly clean, except for the lanai furniture needed a good cleaning. We had to use a towel to sit down in the chairs. We did have ants in the kitchen and we reported that, so hopefully that issue gets addressed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was not very crowded during this time of the year, so that was great. We arrived early and were allowed to enter the condo early which was very gracious of the owner and rental agency. We enjoyed biking around the island, long walks on the beach and dining out for dinner. Our favorite restaurants were the Island Cow, The Bubble Room in Captiva, and Doc Ford's. And of course for desserts, the Bubble Room's orange crunch cake, Grandma Dot's key lime pie and Pinocchio's for ice cream. We love going to Sanibel for the quiet beach experience, not too commercialized and just a great island feel.

Relaxing Stay in Sanibel

"Great condo with a great view and awesome location. Stocked with everything you need for a vacation on the beach - right down to the sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels and essential for us was a pack and play for the baby! Needs a good spraying for ants, though. They were all over the smallest bedroom, kitchen and inside the loveseat. Kept all non refrigerated food in ziplocs, but still they were everywhere.

Family Vacation in Sanibel

"The Sundial condo we rented from the Nowaczyk family (S404) was perfect for a small family gathering. It has a dynamite kitchen, is nicely decorated and furnished comfortably with families in mind. The open kitchen-living-room-dining room plan provides a large central living space, and all the bedrooms are roomy and well-appointed. This was hands-down our favorite vacation condo. The only negative is the activities fee for kids to use main pool, crafts, bikes etc was not the $25/day-kids free price quoted in the website but was $20 per person just to be allowed to pay for the activities! However, theres so much to do in Sanibel that no one missed having access to these activities.

"Clean- very nice Condo, beautiful furnishings and décor with fairly well equipped kitchen. Very nice view and well maintained property/condo units(as far as I could tell). We would rent again! OK- negatives: Ice dispenser on fridge didn't work, living room /kitchen/dining room area stayed warmer than the rest of the unit(although they do have 2 fans that can be used to circulate air better! But you do have to listen to the fans running (we may also say that we are hot natured people and love the cool). DVD player in the living room didn't work or at least we couldn't get it to work but we had our laptop and a HDMI cable which hooked right up( we've learned from previous rentals that don't have DVD/Blue-ray players to take a back-up plan). We left a summary of these few things when we left so I feel like the owners will take care of the problems because they keep their property up so nicely. With all that said- we would rent this unit again despite these few small inconveniences!

"Diane's condo is getting tired. Cabinet doors are sagging. We bought several light bulbs to replace burned out bulbs. We had 3 straight days of rain and were reminded that the TV needs to be replaced with a up to date flat screen. We also had to buy several kitchen utensils that were missing: ice cream scoop, corkscrew, can opener, knife sharpener. We love the condo and the location, but it needs some TLC. Thanks!

"We have visited Sanibel many times and our stay at this Sundial unit was one of the best! The location and view were great. The condo was clean, well equipped, and spacious. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was very helpful. TVs in each bedroom were a big hit with the kids. We hope to return in the winter, and we would highly recommend it to our friends.
