"We had a fantastic 5-star stay at P301 in Sundial East. The condo was very clean and recently remodeled, with a bright, open floor plan, great interior design, and an incredible gulf view. Watching the sunrise every day was one of many highlights.

"This condo is GORGEOUS! Perfect view of the water from the expansive deck. A nice eating area on the deck too. A short walk to the beach and when it is repaired and completed your main view is the complexes small pool. Amazing serene décor and layout that feels spacious throughout. The living room/kitchen/dining room is PERFECT for a family vacation. The updated finishes and décor are beachy and classy and everything feels new and fresh but with touches of nostalgia for the perfect mix. Exactly like the pictures on the site! An ample starter kit is provided including paper towels, trash bags, dish soaps, laundry soap and basic restroom toiletries. The kitchen is stocked with all of the cookware that you need just like home. My only request would be some plastic cups to utilize. The space is best suited for a family of 4 as the guest bedroom is very small and the twin beds do not allow for much else in the room as they are extremely close together (no room in between the beds). There is no sleeper sofa which would of elevated the stay even further and provided an option for a larger family as the other rooms allow for plenty of guests. The twin beds are extremely firm. The complex is very close to the main facilities of the Sundial resort and you may partake in activities there for a daily fee. We chose to purchase day passes to the pool on one day and rented kayaks on another. The resort is great if you have kiddos looking for planned social activities. The beach on the property is still not back to it's former glory of pre-Ian and there were days when Red Tide was noticeable and it was quite pungent. There were days were it was gorgeous with no smell as well. The seashells were abundant everyday both on the beach and in the water. Just note that the beach is very natural and filled with natural debris that is not raked and removed like some beaches in Florida. This beach was convenient to your unit but Bowman's and Lighthouse are both prettier in my opinion and offer different vibes. Thankfully they are a short distance away, prepare to search and pay for parking but worth it. There are two beach chairs and beach towels for usage in the condo. It would be great if the owners would add a a beach umbrella/canopy for guests. We had brought our canopy for usage from home and it was definitely needed. We loved visiting Grandma Dots at the marina for lunch and seeing the dolphins. We had fun listening to live music at Tutti Pazzi Italian Kitchen and the pizza was awesome. We had dinner at Wickies Lighthouse which I do not recommend. The food was not good and the prices were very high for the portions and quality of the meal. We rented a golf cart from the Moke and Cabana Club and their customer service was exceptional. We loved having the cart to visit Captiva, the other beaches and just cruise the island daily. Overall we had an amazing experience in Sanibel as we had not been back since 2019 and the condo was top notch! The team at Select Vacations was amazing and so very personable. I felt confident in our booking from the first time I spoke to them. Thank you for a great Spring Break 2025 Sundial P301!

P301 Sanibel Vacation

"Everything was great with the exception of our elevator being broken upon arrival.. was not easy being a single mom with 2 kids, carrying heavy items up 3 flights of stairs.
By the end of the week it was repaired.
Le Ann was wonderful every time I called.
And Chris was very helpful too.

"This is our 2nd year staying for a number of weeks in Sundial P301. The condo is spacious and very well equipped. The Sundial grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with a lovely pool and beach access. Unfortunately this condo needs some updating. The carpets are becoming shabby, the refacing on kitchen & bathroom cabinets and drawers needs repairing, and the washer/dryer should be replaced with newer models. None of these comments should matter to a short time renter, but they are annoying for a long term rental. The cleaning was adequate, but could have been improved. Select Vacations Staff is fantastic & they arranged for carpet steaming and additional cleaning. They immediately sent a handyman to address any necessary repairs. It's a pleasure dealing with them every step along the way. On Sanibel we love shelling & walking on the beach, Ding Darling, CROW lectures, Shell Museum, trying different restaurants, exercise classes & games at Center 4 Life (senior center), and attractions in Ft Myers and Naples.

Terrific Apartment for a Sanibel Vacation

"This 2BR apartment has a spacious feel, is nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The beds are great and everything we need has been provided. Our only complaint is that the appliances are old. The DW works but could be better. The laundry appliances also work but they are very small. The apartment location is excellent, the complex is beautiful, and the beach is great.

"Start to finish, we are thrilled with our selection. Select Vacation Properties couldn't have been any better to deal with when it comes to clear communication involving check-in and check-out policies and procedures as well as answering many detailed questions about the property and the amenities.
The location and condition of the unit were even better than anticipated. Everything was meticulously clean and in great condition. And our decision to visit Sanibel as opposed to any other location ended up being a great one. We could not have been happier, and would love to visit again.

"We enjoyed our stay at P301 Sundial. The condo faces the ocean and has nice access to the beach. It is well equipped and clean. The staff at Select Properties were efficient and answered all our questions. Next time we're in Sanibel I would stay here. Parking was right under our unit and there was a convenient elevator. I also liked it that there was a small store within walking distance that sold groceries, deli items, newspapers, and other items. Tennis and a nice pool were available also. Nice vacation, thanks!

"Stayed this unit for 10 days in May/June 2016. Was a nice unit. It was clean and comfortable. There is a nice view and it is close to the beach and the pool. It has its own parking spot. "We have stayed at several condos that charge a ridiculous "cleaning fee", but then really aren't that clean when you arrive. This one was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated to boot!! Even the outside of the complexes were super clean. We loved Sanibel and we loved this unit! Owners had everything you could need in the kitchen and I felt comfortable using it because of the cleanliness of everything. Plenty of towels, hangers, family board games. We will definitely stay here again. Stayed with 4 children and didn't feel cramped at all!

"This is one of the best rental units at the Sundial. Very well appointed, everything is updated. Huge flat screen TV in the den,flat screens in both bedrooms. Furnishings are beautiful and functional. The view of the gulf is heavenly. This is the only place we will stay for future visits. Don't miss out on a wonderful Sanibel experience in Sundial Unit P301.

Beautiful condo, beautiful view

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on Sanibel. The location is wonderful, the views are fantastic. We didn't realize the sliding glass doors opened fully onto the lanai, literally the entire back wall opened up. Amazing!
There were a few tiny things that brought my review to a 4 for cleanliness. The shower curtain in the master needs to be replaced, along with the iron. The iron was spitting out small black particles and the shower curtain had some dirty spots that looked like mildew. The washing machine was quite loud when we ran it also. But honestly, these are tiny issues that are simple to resolve. The condo is gorgeous and we felt right at home with the choice in decor. We definitely recommend this unit and we would return.
