Loggerhead Cay 324 is a fourth floor newly remodeled vacation rental on Sanibel Island. A beach paradise! Take the elevator to the top floor of this spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bath beach condominium at Loggerhead Cay. This condo is meticulously maintained, updated and is loaded with extras and has the convenience of easy access to everything.

This beautiful condo sleeps 6 and was recently refurbished throughout. It has a new king-sized bed and mattress in the master suite, a new queen-size bed and mattress and a twin bed with pull-out trundle in the guest room. For additional seating and enjoyment, there is a screened-in 4 season lanai with floor-to-ceiling, glass sliding doors. The condo has a new (2021) 55-inch 4K Smart TV with high-speed internet, plus a TV in each bedroom. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The condo also offers a contact-free check-in option, by using our recently upgraded keyless entry system.

Loggerhead Cay resort is located on the desirable east end of the Island, directly on the sandy beaches of Sanibel Island-ideal for long beach walks and shelling! The resort common areas feature 2 tennis/pickle ball courts, a large heated pool, shuffleboard, outdoor grilling, and more. And for those who like the outdoors and exploring the island, Loggerhead Cay has easy access to bike and walking paths, the causeway, the fishing pier, historic Lighthouse Park, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and much more. There are also a wide variety of restaurants located nearby on the island, along with grocery stores and unique boutique shops.

Please note that this condominium requires a 7-night minimum stay, and accepts SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY. Should you need odd day bookings please call Select Vacation Properties directly. "This condo is a good one. Well stocked with everything you need. Kitchen has a coffee pot & kuerig, blender etc. bedroom both have box fans & 4 extra soft blankets which is always much appreciated. Comfy beds & tv in both bedrooms. Cute decor, comfy sectional. Lots of beach items, umbrella boogie & skim boards, chairs, cooler. It’s a little walk to the pool & beach but not bad at all. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Lovely Decor & Peaceful Stay – A Few Things to Note

"We had a nice stay as a family and appreciated the peaceful location, beautiful décor, comfy beds, and access to streaming apps. The condo was clean and well-stocked, and we truly enjoyed our time together.

That said, a few things to be aware of: the mosquitoes were very intense (worth noting for sensitive travelers), the AC didn’t cool properly overnight, and some supplies felt very low-quality. We also arrived to find a moldy shower liner, though management responded quickly and replaced it.

We've stayed at several five-star beachfront VRBOs, so this feedback is based on that comparison. The space has great potential with just a few improvements. Still, we’re grateful for our time and the memories we made.

"Loggerhead 324 was a great condo. The only negative thing we can say is that it didn't have any extra paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, or coffee filters. All other places we have stayed had at least a few of each.

"Loggerhead 324 was a great place to stay on Sanibel. This was our second stay there. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The one complaint we had was the HVAC control. First, the thermostat lower AC limit was 70 which was uncomfortable at night. Select Vac. promptly overrode that so it was good. The thermostat still has a very wide control band which means it will be hot and then cold. There was no adult size ironing board but Select Vac. promptly delivered a larger one. Loggerhead was a great selection since many of the condo's are still being rebuilt from Ian. We would gladly stay there again.

Loggerhead Cay 324 on Sanibel Island

"Property and grounds were well maintained and presented as described. Unit amenities were more than expected i.e. dishes, linens, pool supplies. Make sure to pick up additional bathroom supplies on initial grocery store outing. There was an issue that arose during our stay. The management company's response was very prompt, accommodating and the issue was promptly resolved.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The beach is delightful. The island is still rebuilding from the previous storms & all restaurants aren't fully open, but there are still many to choose from. I would certainly recommend these accommodations & Sanibel to family & friends and looking forward to returning in the near future.

"It was a nice unit. The only negative was the automatic lock was triggered at 9:49am; not 10am. Luckily, I had the door propped open so I wasn't accidentally locked out on Saturday morning. Please let us know ALL Select Vacation units that you rent at Loggerhead Cay, along with two week pricing.

"We were so happy to return to Loggerhead Cay as a family. We would normally stay for 2 weeks but the price for the unit rentals is much more expensive (doubled in $), so we stayed for a week. The unit was nice and the management company responded to the issues that needed attention.

"Our condo had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The mattress in the master bedroom was perfect. The condo was very clean and updated. We loved having a wagon to haul our beach umbrellas and chairs to the beach each day. We truly appreciate the owner's allowing us to use all the beach equipment and beach towels. Also, the pool was very nice.

Third time’s a charm!

"This was our third time staying at Loggercay #324 and we still love it! The condo is large and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is close to the beach, so it is easy going out after dark to collect shells at low tide (for those of us who are crazy enough to do that). For those of you who want to sit on the beach in the sun, the condo has chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. for you to use.

The pool is great and a good size, plus the condo has some pool toys you can use. The condo also has tennis rackets and balls to use on the courts.

Overall, you can’t go wrong renting this condo - just don’t take the week I want next year!��

Wonderful winter time holiday get away

"We had a great experience at the loggerhead #325 condo. The management company was organized friendly and helped us with anything we needed along with the condo owner. A definite plus to have people care and generous.
We had a wonderful time biking(owner offered her bikes) saved me $90! And a beautiful comfortable condo. The Pool and grounds were perfect for our small children and the beach was a slight walk but we enjoyed quick acesss to other things like grills and bike paths.
We enjoyed this property after several days of driving in traffic to captiva we quickly realized being on this end near the bridge had benefits.

I would highly recommend this unit and property.

The only downside was a barking dog in a unit around us twice a day that apparently needed outside. Just normal condo life.

"This condo was a good value in Loggerhead on the top (4th) floor in the back of the complex. There was plenty of room for the six of us which was great! The weather was warm enough to swim n the ocean, but it got too cold on our last day. Sanibel is the best!

"A good time was had by all four of us. The grounds are well kept. We enjoyed the pool area and the people we met there. The area has so MANY great restaurants. We dined like royalty. We were confused at first to find out that unit 324 was on the 4th floor but once we found that out all was well. Due to late arrival because of flight problems it was dark and we were not familar with the area. New beach chairs are definitely needed.

"This was our second year staying in this condo and it was once again fantastic! We flew this year instead of driving so we weren't able to pack coolers, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. But that was ok because this condo has all of that and more. It's clean, cozy, short walk to beach without crossing any streets. It also has WiFi which the owner had just upgraded and 5 people on it at the same time and no one ever got kicked off. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner is very easy to work with.

"Equipped with everything. We brought a cooler and beach toys for beach and did not need them. The owner literally has tthought of everything. We had an initial problem with Wi-Fi and a broken bed. Owner was quick to text me and resolve the problems that were both out of her control. Condo is at the rear, there is not a view of the ocean but it's a quick walk down a brick path in a beautiful courtyard-which worked. Even as we stayed through a busy holiday the property was quite and peaceful. Overall a great place to stay. Condo was modern and decorated beautifully!

"This was our second year at Loggerhead Cay 324 and we still love it. The condo has everything you need (well, we couldn't find any scissors, but we survived) for a nice and relaxing vacation. It is convenient to the beach and the shelling is great! We look forward to returning next year!

"Sanibel Beach Condo Loggerhead Cay #324 was clean, convenient to the pool, beach and parking even though it is in the back of the courtyard.
Unit was nicely updated and filled with owners belongings to cover any needs you may have. We enjoyed the use of beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart to get items to beach easily. The walk to the beach was 200 yards down a nice path. Pool was clean and heated. One negative was the presence of beach decorations in the unit to the point that there was little surface space for our items. This was easily remedied by moving some items to storage shelves. The lanai view appears much further away than the view in the photograph but is similar. Our only complaint was that the unit did not have screens in the windows so we could not enjoy the cool ocean breezes and fresh air during our wonderful 70 degree weather. The lanai screens offered some relief, but the guest room and kitchen windows screens were missing and it was hard to get air to circulate. If screens were added we would return to this well appointed condo.

"We absolutely loved our vacation rental! After a long 20 hour drive and arriving at midnight in the pouring down rain we were so pleased when we arrived and opened the door! The condo was beautiful, clean, and the beds were comfortable! When we woke up in the morning and could see the complex in the daylight, they were beautiful as well! The kitchen was well stocked which was great because we would prepare 2 meals in the condo and eat out once a day! We loved having the beach so close to us and not having to cross any roads to get there. We would get up and watch the sun rise while walking the beach and shelling. It was gorgeous and so relaxing. Every evening we took the kids to get ice cream. The Love Boat was our favorite. The last night we were there we went for a walk on the beach and some dolphins put on quite a show very close to the shoreline. It was spectacular! It was a wonderful vacation! We are still smiling about it!

"We were very pleased with the accurate description of the unit. We specifically chose this unit due to the expanded home luxuries available to the renters. The only problem we had were bugs- we had a few encounters with cockroaches that were over 2 inches in length. One incident was at 3 in the morning in the bathroom where it tried to run up my wife's leg.

Great Vacation at Loggerhead Cay #324

"My husband and I and our two daughters (aged 20 and 22) had a wonderful stay at Loggerhead. The condo was very clean, with very comfortable beds, and was stocked with pretty much everything we needed for a great stay. It was really nice to have beach towels provided and we liked that there was carpet over the tile floors. It is a very cosy feeling condo. We were looking for a restful vacation and that is just what we got. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach (only a few short minutes) and we made sure to use the stairs (not the elevator) everytime we came and went. We needed to wear off the extra pounds from the delicious meals at Jerry's, Cantina Captiva, Island Cow, Doc Ford and Island Pizza.

We will definitely book this condo again if we return to Sanibel Island in the future.

"Our famimly enjoyed a wonderful week on Sanibel island staying at Loggerhead Cay 324. This condo was just as described. Clean, very well organized and had everything we needed. Beach towels, chairs and even a cooler for our beach trips. Plenty of storage space and little baskets to put all the things we used often during our stay . The kitchen was complete with all we needed for cooking in or using the grill provided. Perfect location ... so close to the beach and the pool but private as well which we appreciated. We loved the sunrises and sunsets as well as the fishing, biking and wonderful restaurants. Owner Jen very accomodating and helpful to answer any questions you may have. Vacation rental staff very nice and helpful as well with ideas on what to do and see on the island . We have wonderful memories of our Sanibel vacation. This condo has all the comforts of home and we cant wait to return to Loggerhead 324 !

"This was our second stay at the condo. It is quiet, clean and well appointed, All your beach gear is right there including chairs, cooler, sunscreen and towels. If you play tennis there are racquets and balls. We used the bikes to get everywhere! The grilling facilities in the common area are good. A few recommendations for what do in Sanibel: go to the Farmer's Market on Sunday, and try Fresh Taqueria and Mad Hatter for meals.

"Everything was very clean and well maintained. The only problem we had was that we chose to rent bikes instead of using the ones provides. All extras provided were clean but very used. We did not want to take a chance with the bikes because we ride at least 10 miles everyday. Overall this is a very nice place to stay and my husband loved the pool. Said it was the "best" pool of any place we have stayed in Sanibel or on the east coast.
