Island Beach Club #P3B is a well-appointed, 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom, gulf view condo that offers more than most. Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, washer, dryer, 65" LED flat panel smart TV in the main room, 47" LED TV in the master bedroom, 42" TV in the guest bedroom, and access to the ground floor storage with lots of beach items, chairs, umbrella, adult bikes, child bikes, beach stroller and much more. The complex offers covered parking, elevator, BBQ grills, shuffleboard, and heated pool. If you would like to bring your furry family member, we are glad to accommodate you! Please be aware that there is an additional $250 occupancy fee for pet stays. This is a convenience fee and does not cover cleaning, maintenance, damage, or other expenses incurred, required, or associated with hosting a pet. If you have additional questions regarding damage or cleaning costs, please refer to our terms & conditions, or ask one of our friendly associates.

"P3B at Island Beach Club is an outstanding condo with comfortable beds to rest in, a selection of bikes in the carport shed (along with beach gear), and everything you would need to make your stay relaxing and rejuvenating! We stayed 6 weeks and loved every minute! The Lani is beautiful! We sat out there every day! The remodel after Ian is perfection at its best! The complex is still working on some finishing touches like grass along the sides of the buildings. The pool area is to die for! The washer/dryer was a godsend so we didn't have to pack so many clothes! The location of IBC is perfect for biking to stores or just tooling around on the expansive bike paths! We highly recommend P3B! We already booked for 2027! Can't wait! The owners are the sweetest folks you would ever want to meet! The wonderful staff at Select is friendly, and helpful! Shout out to Patrick, Kelly and Chris for taking care of us! You guys rock!

"Wonderful time again at IBC. This unit has everything you could possibly need. Kitchen well equipped, and nice laundry room. "We loved our stay in Sanibel and in unit P3B. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. The condo is beautifully decorated. The furniture is very nice and very comfortable. The mattresses on the beds are top notch so we were able to sleep so comfortably every night. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. It was very well furnished so we were able to cook our meals with ease. The owner himself called us at the beginning of the week to welcome us, to see if there was anything we needed, to make sure there were no issues, and to tell us some things about the island. It was a wonderful experience staying in this condo. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We were very pleased.

"We stayed at P3B for 4 glorious weeks! The condo is very nicely decorated and has been updated with a new washer/dryer and granite counter tops. The lanai has beautiful new furniture which we enjoyed every day. The bicycles provided saved us tons of money since we didn't have to rent bikes! There is a small bike for children, too. A lovely view of the gulf is visible from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The owners are as sweet as can be and the folks at Select Vacation Properties work with you in any way you need. A special THANK YOU goes to Patience at the rental office. We are coming back next summer for 5 weeks! Can't wait! I highly recommend P3B to anyone visiting Sanibel!

"We had a wonderful stay at Island Beach Club. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The pool is nice and very clean. The bicycles that come with the property are the best rental bikes we have had. The condo was very well equipped for cooking and serving. The only thing that I would like to see added are some better and matched wine glasses.

"We always have a wonderful time and love this unit.
Appreciate the new additions and bikes!
Only issue is the master bedroom is very difficult to keep cool. Even closing other vents in the unit the bedroom remains warm.

"P3B is nicely furnished and decorated, with every kitchen tool one could want, peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the lanai's views of our slice of the gulf and beautiful sunsets over the palm trees. It has an efficient floor plan with plenty of storage. TV lovers will like the large (huge!) televisions. The storage unit is stocked with a wide array of beach equipment and five bicycles.

Our Happy Place!

"We fell in love with Sanibel Island in 2013 and it has become our family's happy place. We've stayed at Island Beach Club each time we've visited, but this was our first time renting with Select Vacations, and they did not disappoint! The staff worked to meet our accommodation needs, communicated in a clear and timely manner, and were very friendly. The unit, P3B, was clean and well appointed, with plenty of linens, cookware, beach gear, and bikes that we used to get around the island. IBC is centrally located and close to everything--grocery stores, restaurants, Tarpon Bay, the wildlife refuge--everything is a quick car ride or an easy bike ride away. On this visit, we took the kayak tour of Tarpon Bay and the tram tour of Ding Darling. Although you can explore these treasures on your own, the naturalists guiding the tours were outstanding and worth the price. Thank you, Sanibel, for yet another amazing vacation. We will see you again soon!

"P3B is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The unit is spotless and it has everything you will need for a restful vacation. The location couldn't be better! The owners provide bikes which was our main form of transportation while on the island for 28 days. The owners even called to check to see if we needed anything. It was great! We loved everything about P3B and so will you. We have stayed here every visit to Sanibel since 2000 (this was our 19th stay in feels like home away from home!) We're already booked for 2020!

"We enjoyed our rental very much. We loved the fact that the condo had very little carpeting (only in the bedrooms) and everything we needed was either in the condo or in the storage unit below. The bikes the owner provided with the unit were used almost daily, and were a special blessing. We really appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. The linen closet was stocked full of towels and bed linens along with place mats for the table. We had everything we needed for our stay right at our fingertips. One special touch was the owner of the condo calling a few days into our visit to just make sure everything was going well for us and we had everything we needed. It was a joy to talk with him. We loved having our dog there with us, he enjoyed his beach walks with us as much as we did! We hope to stay there again sometime!

"We had a wonderful time and stayed in a beautiful condo. The staff at Select Vacations were amazing. We stayed ten beautiful days. Water was very nice the shells were beautiful and the weather was perfect. Our vacation was a ten out of ten stars. The condo was beautiful clean and had everything we needed. The staff at SV are so amazing and really go out of the way to accommodate your needs. A special thanks to Chris for my beautiful shells you saved for me such a treat. I love everything about this company they are so honest and work so hard to make your vacation wonderful. We use to stay at the hotel but found SV in 2016 we won’t stay any other place. They do accommodate our two babies (dogs) who live it there. It was the perfect vacation from the water to the weather. Thank you Patience Chris and Linda you guys are the best. Looking forward to next year providing my back holds out.

"We had such a great time and couldn’t ask for better service from Select Vacation. Thank you Patience Chris and Linda for making out stay such a pleasure. The condo was beautiful everything we needed and our two babies loved it (dogs). The weather was absolutely beautiful and there were so many shells. We had to extend our stay due to weather issues on the east coast and they were so accommodating with this. This was a 10 + vacation. We will be back next year. Have been coming here since 2012 and we found Select Vacation a few years ago and have been with them since. A big thank you to Chris for saving the beautiful shells for me. Such a treat. "We've stayed at P3B since 2000 and have worked up to 4 weeks in the summer and have never looked back! The unit is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Our pup loves the screened in porch and all the windows. Everything you would need is there from beach towels, bikes, to wine bottle openers! Get ready for a great relaxing stay if you book P3B!

"My husband and I, along with our small dog visited Island Beach Club in March and found it to be the perfect rental for a casual and relaxing vacation. Unit P3B is on the top floor of a floor of a low rise building, with covered parking underneath. The living area of the unit was decorated in a refreshing palate of blue and yellow, with a wall of glass overlooking the tropical foliage, and a wraparound screened porch with a lovely view of the gulf just a short walk away. The unit was comfortable, spacious and clean. The Master bedroom is huge with king bed, walk in closet and ensuite bath,and there is a very comfortable guest suite with twin beds and bath. The complex grounds were well maintained with a sparkling pool and beautiful landscaping. Everything we needed was provided, including plenty of beach towels, cooler, umbrella and several bikes for our use. The location is central in Sanibel, adjacent to bike/walking path and a very short bike or car ride To Bailey’s and Periwinkle Way for errands and shopping. Every night there is a spectacular sunset, which can be viewed from the lanai, living, dining room or kitchen, or the beach about 50 yards away. The folks at Select Vacations were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and provided great tips about restaurants and local points of interest. Overall we had a wonderful week, and will look forward to returning in the future.

This Unit has everything you could possibly wish for, from its breathtaking view of the Gulf to its pristine beach and all of the fun amenities, (bikes, floats, beach chairs, kids toys, etc.). The Unit is totally furnished with everything ...cookware, beach towels, books and even games. It's wonderful to see how much the owners care that their guests are happy and have a fantastic stay. We are definitely looking forward to next year!!!!

Loaded with upgrades!

"(This review is done by Mark's wife....Jean.) We couldn't get over all the fabulous upgrades to P3B! It was great before and now it is off the charts! The owners put in all new granite countertops throughout the unit. The cabinetry is all new and appropriate for the style of the condo. The 'no slam' drawers/doors are really cool! The deep, deep sink in the kitchen is to die for! The bathrooms also have granite countertops and new cabinetry. They put in a rain-head shower in one of the bathrooms which makes you feel like you are really being spoiled. P3B is an absolutely lovely place to stay. The furniture is comfortable and makes you feel like you can really relax. They also have DVR service which is wonderful if you want to watch a show at a time different from when it is aired. We stayed 28 days and hubby fished on the beach every single day. He caught really big snook (about 35 pounds), whiting, catfish, blue crabs, rays and some other assorted types of fish. I really enjoyed the convenience of the screened in lanai to go out and stargaze in the middle of the night! I even saw Omega Centauri (the biggest globular cluster in the Milky Way) and many other deep sky wonders....all without worrying about bug bites! We love the bikes they provide and got our exercise daily from them. We have been staying in P3B since 2000 and have enjoyed every single visit. You will be missing out if you don't stay here!

Great Condo

"This was our first time staying at this condo and we just loved it!! It is the perfect location on the island and not overly crowded. It's convenient to everything whether you are traveling by car or bike. The view is wonderful and the "wall of windows"
made us feel like we were sitting outside. Even though this was a condo, the way that they are designed makes it very private.

The condo was very clean and fresh and the furnishings were lovely and very comfortable, The owner called to make sure that we found everything to our satisfaction and that we had everything that we need.

Thank you for sharing your home with us and we plan on returning to Island Beach Club #P3B.

"We have been staying at P3B since 2000 when we needed a pet friendly place to stay on Sanibel. P3B feels like 'home' to us! The owners have decorated the condo beautifully and continually make improvements to an already perfect unit! The artwork is spot on for the island and the mattresses are perfect for getting a good night's sleep. My husband loves the fact that P3B is just a few steps from fishing on the shore and I love the included bikes! Many people don't realize if bikes weren't provided by the owners you'd have to spend extra money to rent them from one of the businesses on the island or bring your own from home! The kitchen has everything you could ask for and the screened lanai is so relaxing with the overhead fan and lovely view of the gulf. We thoroughly enjoyed our 28 night stay and have already booked for next year! We simply love P3B and know you will too!

"Absolutely Awesome!!!! We have stayed at Island Beach Club, Unit P3B for the past several years and have never been disappointed, the unit has everything you could possibly want (bikes, beach chairs, floaties, beach toys for the kids, fully equipped kitchen), the owners have definitely gone the extra mile to insure an incredible stay. The property's grounds are impeccably maintained and the view of the Gulf from the screen enclosed patio is absolutely therapeutic!!!! The fact that we can bring our little Corgi (Samson)truly makes it a family vacation. The Island has great restaurants, (The Sanibel Fishouse, Traditions on the Beach, George and Wendys), to name a few our favorites. I would definitely recommend Island Beach Club and in particular Unit P3B to any and all of our family and friends and we hopefully can continue to return for years to come.

"We enjoyed our time in P3B. We have been going to Sanibel for the last four years and I would say this was our best stay to date comparing value for the price even considering the additional "pet fee." We had a nice partial view of the ocean and the apartment was well stocked and maintained. I wouldn't say the furnishings are luxurious, but still a great value and the unit was clean upon our arrival and comfortable for a family of five. We especially liked that the unit included bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas and all the accoutrements you could want for a day at the beach or a ride around the island. We would definitely stay here again.
