For guests who have existing reservations with us at Select Vacation Properties, and have insurance through our Insurance partner CSA/Generali, you can access your Hurricane Kit for resources, information, and quick access to our claim form and eClaims website.

Notice to All Guests
To our valued guests! We are happy to announce we have moved to our new on-island office located next to Timber’s restaurant, 703 Tarpon Bay Road Suite A Sanibel, Fl. 33957.
Our community has made leaps and bounds progress over the last 9 months. Please know our intent, as a community, is to preserve the island’s charm. We look forward to having you back to enjoy the islands world-class beaches, shelling and sunshine you’ve loved for so many years.
If you have an upcoming reservation our staff will contact you 90 days prior to your arrival date. At such time we will provide you with an update regarding current island conditions. Multiple options will be provided. Following your comfort level is our top priority. Please know we are not processing final payments at this time. We will only process final payment once you’ve been contacted and a decision regarding your stay has been made.
