Mariner Pointe #542 is a beautiful remodeled direct Bay View condo with high-end finishings. This second-floor condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, breathtaking views of the Bay/Gulf, a fully equipped kitchen, private stack washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. The guest bedroom offers a murphy bed with custom cabinetry built-ins. Daily sightings of boats, dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife can be seen from many rooms throughout this stunning condo. Mariner Pointe #542 is conveniently located near the pool, pier, and BBQ grill area. No other complex offers access to a private fishing pier, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, 6 BBQ areas, kayak float & racks, and 30 direct gulf access boat slips. Boat slips available for a fee.

I checked the property description and could not find where it says Mainer Pointe is walking distance to the beach? All in the office is very familiar with Mariner Pointe and know it’s a short drive to the beach, thus why rates are reduced. Do you recall where you saw this or whom you spoke with? Hi Joel, Thank you so much for taking the time to write regarding your recent stay with us. Though we are disappointed to hear your stay was less than perfect I am grateful you made us aware. We can only fix what we are aware of. We try hard to make all guests aware of any work that is expected to take place during their stay prior to their arrival. In this instance we were not aware and I do apologize for the frustration it caused. More so I apologize for us not getting back to you… this is not the norm as we are generally a very responsive agency and pride ourselves on the customer care we offer. With regards to the check-in/ check-out process... we agree with you which is why we are in process of making all of our properties keyless. I did share your comments with this particular owner whom has agreed to go keyless. We will have this in place by the end of the month. This will give all guests the convenience to check-in directly to the condo vs. having to come to our office. With regards to the key charge comment… there is a note explaining to guest that there may be a charge for missing or non-returned keys, however this rarely happens, especially now that most of our properties offer keyless entry. Please know your card was not charged for not returning your keys to our office. Linda, with SVP, made a note stating your circumstance and we arranged to have the keys picked up at no additional cost to you. Again, our apologies for the unnecessary aggravation that was caused during your stay. This is never our intent. Though we are disappointed to hear your stay was less than perfect upon arrival I am grateful you made us aware. We can only fix what we are aware of. We are in the process of going keyless and offering our guest contactless check-in, allowing guests the option to check-in directly at the property. With regards to the grills... I do recall contacting the onsite to ask that all propane tanks are filled. I was assured that all had been replaced. I apologize that this was not factual and for the inconvenience it caused. Please know I will personally inspect the property to ensure all furniture is secured. Please know customer care is our top priority. We will always go above and beyond for our guests.
