"Island Beach Club #330B earns our Editor’s Choice pick for June because it delivered exactly what a summer vacation on Sanibel should feel like: bright, breezy, effortless, and wonderfully family‑friendly. From the moment you step inside, the condo feels welcoming — a relaxed coastal space designed for spreading out, slowing down, and savoring long days by the beach and pool. What made 330B stand out for me is how easy it makes summer living. The beach is just steps away, and mornings on the lanai came with the sound of waves drifting in — a perfect start to any day. The large heated pool is ideal for cooling off after the beach, and the shoreline offers everything Sanibel summers are known for: world‑class shelling, sandcastle building, sunset walks, and plenty of space for kids (and pups!) to play. The condo was spotless, peaceful, and had everything we needed for an easy summer getaway — from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and great water pressure. The balcony is one of my favorite spots; you can hear and even see the waves, and mornings out there felt like the perfect start to each day. The beach gear was a huge bonus also. Having chairs, umbrellas, floats and a cart made heading to the beach effortless. The pool area was fantastic too — clean, updated, and great for cooling off after a day in the sun. Whether you’re traveling with kids, grandparents, friends, or your dog, this condo delivers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm — making it our top pick for a June getaway.

"The space was immaculate, everything was updated, comfortable, and given much detail! The kitchen is fully equipped with a new Ninja blender and every comfort expected at home. Water pressure was good and the beds comfortable. This is a very well laid out unit with a lot of space. You can hear and see the ocean from the very spacious balcony and the place is very peaceful. The closet downstairs had a very nice large umbrella and several chairs for the beach, a cart, and floating noodles. There’s also one bike and a beach cart to take your beach stuff easily. The pool is new and the outdoor showers have both cold and hot water. The resort is a peaceful place to relax and the beach was excellent.

Fantastic Stay

"Condo exceeded expectations. It was very clean, & we had no issues with allergies (which is rare.) Although we brought our own, the owner had cleaners, dish & clothes detergent, coffee filters, garbage bags, paper towels, beach towels, etc. In addition, they provided key to private storage closet by parking, & it was filled with everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, carts, floats, etc.) Had we known this, we could’ve left 2/3rds of our stuff at home. Closet was big enough to park our 3 bikes in. Location & beach were our favorite on island, & we explored it top to bottom. Beach was covered with stacks of shells a foot deep, with more washing up constantly. Only negative was the constant very loud noise from something going on at resort next door....this only bothered us on deck. Would highly recommend this unit.
