Loggerhead Cay #323 managed by Select Vacation Properties~ This well-equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, angled beach view from the private screened-in lanai, beach items, Wi-Fi and cable in both the living room and master bedroom, however cable is not offered in the guest bedroom. This complex has one of the largest heated pools on the island. Immaculate grounds, barbecue grills, shuffleboard, and tennis. You are sure to enjoy the quality time when staying at Loggerhead Cay 323!

Hard to beat a stay at Loggerhead Cay

"We have rented at a number of different condo units in Loggerhead Cay over the years and they have all been very nice places to stay. This unit, #323, was no exception. Very clean and in excellent condition. We have also rented through Select Vacation Properties before. Chris and his staff are always very professional and will assist you if you need anything. I usually swim in the ocean, but Loggerhead Cay has a very nice outdoor pool with plenty of recliners and space to relax. The property has two Pickleball courts and another court area that can be one regular tennis court or converted into two additional Pickleball courts. There are two shuffleboard courts and also multiple outdoor gas grills. If you are interested, there are several bicycle rental businesses on the island (Billy’s and Finnimore’s) and they will even deliver bikes to the property.

"We had been coming to Sanibel for over 30 years but Hurricane Ian destroyed our timeshare on West Gulf Drive. This was our first time back actually staying on the Island. Our Loggerhead Cay unit was absolutely delightful. Vey spacious with room for three adults to spread out. Beautifully decorated, accurately described, clean, and well-maintained, we would definitely consider returning. Our only complaint (and it is a minor one), is that we never received a text for check-in as promised by SVP.

Great to be back

"It was good just to be back on the island. Loggerhead Cay 323 was very nice. Construction was still going on in the complex and some items had to be completed in the unit while we were there.
Just a couple of deficiencies that we found in the unit while there:
1. The thermostat is limited to a low AC setting of 70 degrees which is almost low enough for comfortable sleeping. Most hotels now limit their low at 65 degrees.
2. The hot water is not adequate to complete 2 back to back showers without running out.

"Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There is everything you need, an extra towel, sheet, etc. Very good location, restaurants and shopping grocery stores within walking distance.

"This was a beautiful condominium with excellent location and facilities. It’s just a couple blocks off the causeway bridge to Fort Meyers and convenient to all Sanibel shops and restaurants. I had excellent bike rides all over Sanibel and Captiva Islands . The bike paths are wonderful.

"We have stayed on Sanibel for vacations over a thirty year period using various locations .
This unit at Loggerhead Cay was well equipt clean and well decorated.
Beach chairs, towels and enough utensils in the kitchen to cook and bake if you wanted. The coffee maker took pods and made superb coffee.
Laundry facilities in the unit were really appreciated after a two week cruise.
We would like to use this unit again

"This was our second year renting from Select Vacation Properties at the Loggerhead Cay condos. This was our first experience with this condo unit. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo. Clean, spacious, and we really enjoyed the board games and beach chairs provided by the condo owner. The furniture seemed a bit dated, but was in good condition. Would probably prefer a unit with ceiling fans next time, but overall an excellent stay and location. The staff was very helpful and polite as well.

"The property was extremely clean and great location. Tennis and shuffleboard courts were in excellent condition. The kitchen and master bed were outdated (but clean) - 1980's dishes, 1980's serving pieces and glasses. Could use some updating in the kitchen and a new master mattress would do the trick. Easy to ride bikes for ice-cream, lighthouse, and dinner. Great spot!
