"I have been to Sanibel often and at one time my parents owned the unit next door. So I was familiar with IBC. I think it has a great location. Unfortunately I was disappointed in several areas with the unit.
- most of the glasses nicely displayed had a film on them
- both toilets had brown rings in them( when was the last time they were cleaned?)
- upon arrival the ice maker was full and frozen over requiring it to be dismantled and emptied before use
-the refrigerator had been pulled almost all the way out of its space ( for cleaning? Maintenance? Sloppy installation?)
- on our last day a circuit on the kitchen kept tripping when using Kuerig, toaster. Not sure if there’s an electrical issue

"Can't say enough positive things about this condo
condo is updated with everything you need just bring your clothes. Can't say enough about the view, waking up in the master suite the first thing you see is the ocean washing dishes at the sink or eating at the dinner table you have a beautiful view. Disappointed by the beds

"We've been renting this condo for 8 years; spending a lot of money for it. The twin beds have never been great, but this year they were horrid. Felt like we were sleeping in a hammock-they were that saggy with no support.(We all had backaches.) We also found flat, old pillows in both bedrooms, along with the same dated bedding-still showing it's wear in the Master bedroom. We reached out to Select staff to let them know and they're always gracious about making sure the owners know any concerns. Will things change? We sure hope so. As courteous and loyal renters, we don't think it's asking too much to have comfortable beds for the price we're paying. The reality is: this unit will always be rented because of the stellar view. And, I'd be remiss if I didn't appreciate: how well-appointed kitchen is now, the updated bathrooms, as well as the comfortable living room with Smart TV. But, come on! The beds and bedding really should be addressed. Please.

"Nothing but praise to give! Love the code (instead of key) for entry, everything was clean (they even vacuumed the couches)... Strong Wifi (a must with kids). They even had a nice welcome 'goody bag' for us! Really seemed like they had everything covered! Chris even sent a beach pic to us the day before with a note!

"This was our family’s 11th year vacationing on Sanibel Island; our first year staying at this location, and this condo has the best view of all the condos we have stayed at! The condo could use some updates which I think the owners are working on as the guest bath has been updated, but it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. I can not stress enough that the view was outstanding! We watched the dolphins each evening swimming right outside, enjoyed coffee every morning looking out on the view, and did yoga in front of the large window!

"The entire rental process was a snap from the initial phone call to picking up key upon arrival.The location of condo is simply terrific. Relaxing on porch was a daily ritual with it's beautiful view.From golf to
boat ride with dolphins there was never a lack of activities.We had many memorable dining experiences on Sanible.I can honestly say that after a long walk on beach,I did not see a unit closer to beach and water than unit 360D. Only negative is that in my opinion,the beds need a serious
upgrade. Overall, a wonderful condo in a special location.

"Overall excellent. The view that you see as soon as you walk in to the living room is amazing. An it is so close to the water, you can sea dolphins and all of the activity. The only issue we had was that I just had knee surgery, and the elevator that services that wing of the building only worked sporadically.

"I loved the location. The views are spectacular. Overall the place was clean and the condo was awesome. Could use a little updated. The only disappointment was there were 6 of us. I had the master bedroom and thought we would hVe the master bath. I paid. Unfortunately the master bath and private bath was in the twin bedroom. Which sucked. I had to share our bathroom and won’t probably stay here again for that reason.

"It was our first experience at the Island Beach Club 360D, and there is no doubt we would stay here again. The unit had wonderful views with large windows, and it was difficult to look at anything other than the view, day in and out. We loved the location. The only opportunity I would suggest is that with a unit this beautiful, everything inside should be up to date and show well (one of the bathrooms badly needs upgrading).

"You can't beat the view in this unit, which is located right on the beach. We've been vacationing on Sanibel for 40 years and have stayed in many condos/hotels. This is our 3rd time in this unit. We enjoy this condo for its view, the privacy on the corner, and the ease of getting on the beach. And we are grateful to the owners for graciously opening up their beautiful space to us. With that said this year we were disappointment to find the conditions of the beds not as good as last year. The 2 twins were pretty worn out and saggy, with not much support. The king bed and bedding is also showing some wear. On the other hand we were pleased to find the kitchen better stocked with new pans this year, including some non-stick replacements. But, the kitchen sink window was missing a screen, which was too bad, since there's nothing quite like opening the window (which we did the last 2 years) and doing dishes while listening to the ocean :) Also, one of the dining chairs had a seat that was not attached. Our thought is--this unit is in high demand & used a lot. It may just need more consistent replacements because of the wear, and more oversight to maintain the quality we've come to expect and appreciate.

Relaxing stay on Sanibel

"This was a perfect location on the beach. We could watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony every day. Close to shopping and restaurants, yet we were away from the crowds. The condo was everything that we expected. This was a “bucket list” trip for my 92 year old Father. We used to come to Sanibel Island back in the 1960’s before the bridge was built. We stayed in cottages on the beach, 360D is just as close to the beach! Being able to watch the pelicans diving and shorebirds wandering the beach from the lanai was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!

"What a wonderful place to stay. It is just as it is pictured. It is wonderfully quiet, too. Right on a beautiful beach, condo had everything you need. The kitchen is fully furnished with anything you could need to relax, eat in or enjoy a quiet breakfast watching the sun come up. The unit has a storage area with everything you need for the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. The bed was comfortable, too. The elevator is nearby so no worries getting bags in. The rental folks are super nice, and the check in and out was simple. It was a perfect stay.

Best Views Ever

"This was our first time visiting Sanibel Island. We were skeptical that the condo would be as nice as the photos represented. However, we weren't disappointed. This unit being on the end of the building has spectacular views. The floor to ceiling windows are fabulous. We loved how close the building was to the beach. The tropical landscaping added to the beauty. The unit was the best furnished condo we'd ever experienced with everything you could think of. Having the storage closet in the parking garage was very handy for our gear. The unit could use some updating, but that didn't detract from our stay. Our only complaint were the mattresses in both the master and spare bedrooms. They were worn out and sagged which made sleeping uncomfortable. If those were replaced, this unit would be absolutely perfect.

A perfect getaway

"The condo was just as pictured with a panoramic view of the Gulf. Our visit was trouble free and relaxing.
I think the only criticism I would have is the check in process. Having to go to property management office to get the key after traveling all day was a nuisance.
We did find one cockroach during our stay. But since there was only one, I suspect we may have carried it in on our beach items.

"This was our fifth year to stay in 360D and it was fabulous as always. Yes, it could use updates but is awesome without. My only suggestion would be to put in a new shower 'curved' bar for more room in the master bath.

The storage room was a total mess, chairs were just put in and left in a very disorderly fashion and nothing had been rinsed off, sand was all over everything (not house keepers responsibly). Renters are responsible for cleaning the beach equipment, which apparently was not done before we arrived. We cleaned 2 chairs and tried to stack the others so you could get to them. We didn't clean any other beach equipment.

Other than that IBC 360D is outstanding, as well as Select Vacation Properties.

Much needed break

"Our family of six fell in love with this condo. The view from the moment we walked in, took our breath away! The kitchen contained everything one would need to cook for a large family. The master bedroom was a generous size. The second bed room (shared by our two girls) was large enough to keep any bickering at bay. The 18 year old young men took over the living room and had no complaints (we had a rollaway brought in). The in unit washer and dryer was used daily. The pool within the complex was quiet and fun to hang out in after a day at the beach. On our last day, we found a closet that contained all of the beach gear a family would need. Wish we saw it sooner...we would have used it.

The only "con" was that we had to supply all of the soaps (dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, bath soap) and toilet paper. This didn't impact our overall experience though. We highly, highly recommend this condo! We're already planning our next trip!

"Our 4th visit at IBC 360D was just as good as ever. Even on a cloudy day, that gorgeous view upon entering the condo of the beach and the water makes a weary traveler relax immediately. The condo was clean, as it always is. In the past, we have made suggestions for new bedding in the MBR and replacement of beach chairs, and were extremely happy to see those improvements made. The condo’s location is perfect for bike rides to grocery stores and good shopping opportunities along Periwinkle Drive, even down to the lighthouse.
The staff at SVP is caring and responsive. A microwave issue was addressed within hours after notification.
The condo could use a bit of cosmetic work, i.e. freshening the walls with paint, replacement of throw rugs...easy fixes.
We always feel regret when it is time to leave IBC 360D and Sanibel, but are already looking forward to our return in 2019.

Another Wonderful Week In Sanibel

"This was our 3rd visit to IBC360D. Overall, IBC is an ideal property, located a hop, skip and jump from the beautiful beach and a bike ride from conveniences. The grounds are extremely well-maintained. The buildings are also well-kept. Unit 360D is oceanfront with a spectacular view from floor-to-ceiling windows and the adjacent screened porch. The kitchen offers any utensil you’ll need. My only concern is that the furnishings of 360D need attention, mostly cosmetic: a total paint job, replacement of porch cushions, new mattresses (guest), new bedding (master) and an updated MBath. The storage area on the first level has become a repository for junk...all 4 beach chairs were in poor condition, and a new umbrella we purchased last year was broken. However, there was a new umbrella/canopy for which we were grateful. Overall, Unit 360D is a more-than-satisfactory rental which needs just a bit of loving care to be 5 stars again.
Select Vacation Properties is easy to work with, and I have found them responsive to inquiries.

Views that can't be beat

"We just couldn't get over the views from this property! With floor to ceiling glass across almost the entire front of the property, gorgeous from everywhere (sunrises AND sunsets too!), but my favorite was that from certain vantage points, you could only see ocean and sky and it looked like you were on a boat. It felt like we were on the beach even when we were enjoying the large, screened lanai or were inside enjoying a brief break from the heat.

The property was clean and well-stocked with all the linens (including beach towels!) that you could want or need. The kitchen was well-stocked, needing only a newer blender and some dish cloths. For our stay, we found a nice basket of disposable items (dishwashing liquid detergent, automatic dishwasher detergent, a couple packets of washing machine detergent, a roll of paper towel) and the bathrooms each had a roll of TP and a couple travel size bars of soap each.

This was our first visit to Sanibel and we spent almost the entire time shelling all over the island. All of the Sanibel beaches are within a relatively short driving distance, and we had many nice finds right in front of the property! There was a lot of nice shopping and many eateries nearby, easy biking distance if you were so inclined (including Jerry's Market that had a much better selection than we anticipated). We really enjoyed our Captiva Cruise out to Cayo Costa for shelling too!

There appeared to be a wide variety of beach items available for use in the storage area, but we only borrowed the shelling nets, LOL.

Some aspects of the property were a little dated or showing slight wear, but overall, well-maintained. We had only one tiny issue with a key that was sticking in the lock, and Select Vacation Properties had it fixed within a couple hours -- on a Sunday!

Total Relaxation Condo

"This was our fourth year to stay in ISB 360D. The view is to die for. Sitting on the lanai in the mornings/evenings watching/listening to the ocean is the most relaxing thing ever. And if you are lucky enough to enjoy an afternoon thunderstorm is a plus.

The condo is very clean and the furnishings are comfortable. We bring most of our cooking spices, and some cleaning things cause you never know if there will be anything. They do furnish a small dish washing soap and some for the dishwasher, a small package of laundry detergent and 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels. We usually also buy extra at the store.

You won't go wrong renting this condo...just don't do it when we want it hahaha.

A Wonderful Escape From Winter

"This was our 2nd consecutive visit to IBC 360D to escape winter in PA. As soon as we walk into this property, the stress from driving vanishes with one glance out the windows at the beautiful beach. The location can't be beat, esp as we enjoy walking in the morning on the the beach, then biking around Sanibel for pleasure as well as errands. There are plenty of eating and shopping options within biking distance if you choose not to use your car. This year we discovered the Bailey Tract for a nice walk, as Tarpon Bay for kayaking.
The unit is very clean, a priority in my book. However, it is beginning to show its age and could benefit from a new carpet in the MB and a paint job throughout. Also, consider replacing the MB mattress and pillows, as well as the patio cushions. These should be considered as minor suggestions from an otherwise very pleased renter.
The IBC complex is very well-maintained and quiet. we appreciate having the covered parking, lovely pool, shuffleboard court and gas grills.
We were so sorry to leave, and look forward to returning in 2018.

"We had a great stay in November at a fantastic condo. The place had everything we needed. Access to the extra supplies in the storage room was great. We have been coming to Sanibel in summer for 20+ years and wanted to come in November for some sun. Island Beach Club was fantastic and had all we needed. We will definitely return to this condo. The picture of the scene from the Lanai is spot on and a great place to see the sun rise and sun set.

"Love the unit and the location. A small complaint on the sheets in the master bedroom. They don't fit the extra thick mattress and every morning had to remake the fitted sheet (and struggle with it) as it came up in both top corners.

"This was our third year staying in 360D and we are already looking forward to our fourth. everything is just as it is portrayed in the pictures. There is no better Gulf view at any condo. Island Beach Club is built as close to the water as the law allows; the distance from the liani to the waters edge is about 75 feet.

"This was our 2nd visit to Sanibel and our 1st stay at IBC360D using the services of SVP. The unit met our high expectations...very well maintained, excellent location, comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch, which was furnished with enough chairs for 4-5 people at a time, overlooking the beach. Kitchen offered lots of utensils, small appliances, large appliances were in very good condition. The unit's location on the island allowed us to easily bike to either Bailey's or Jerry's for provisioning rather than driving and adding to the island's congestion on the roads. Our 20-hour drive from PA was well worth it to find IBC360D waiting for us. We're already booked for next year!!

" This was my 3rd time in Sanibel, but my first staying at 360D and what a beautiful place. I am picky about cleanliness and this place was spotless! Very up to date, well thought out down to the last detail- the kitchen was well stocked with utensils! What a view of the beautiful beach and sunsets/rises! Even was fun watching the dolphins in the horizon as well as the lightening over the water! Great location and easy to get to. I would definitely recommend this place-do not pass it up! We can not wait to come back again!!!
